I love my nieces and nephews so much and have wanted a child for a while now. My single status has made the natural process for a child difficult so a while back I looked into adoption. I recall all sorts of horror stories from people I've met who adopted with how grueling and difficult the process is, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was for me. After an initial questionnaire about my lifestyle and income, I was contacted for a phone interview. It only took about a week to be approved. I couldn't believe it!
I sent copies of my paperwork, drivers licence, SS card, and a cashiers check to the adoption agency via priority service with UPS and should be told within the next few days the details for getting my boy home. I'm so excited!

Why is this the first I'm hearing about this? Could it be because this post was created on April 1st, or more traditionally known as April Fools Day? Otherwise...WOW! That IS exciting news! Adoption is no joke, most people DO have an extremely difficult time going through the process.
Do you already know what your son looks like? How old is he? What's his name? What kind of an adoption is it? I'm coming home for a few weeks, maybe my visit will be long enough that I'll get to meet your son. :)
This was an April Fools post. It would be exciting to be a dad but ultimately I think it would be selfish of me to adopt and deprive a child of having a mother and a father. In the mean time I'll make due with Weston, Sarah, Spencer, Sophia, (wow, we really like names that begin with S) Rebecca and Natalie
